You are responsible for the content you upload and for ensuring you have the right to upload it. Do not upload documents that you do not have permission to share, or that contain sensitive data you are not authorized to disclose.

4. Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free.

5. Output Quality

The Service uses automated systems and may produce incomplete, incorrect, or outdated results. You agree not to rely solely on the output for legal or financial decisions.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Payments (If Applicable)

If the Service includes paid plans, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless stated otherwise. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable fees. Refund policies, if any, will be described at the time of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its underlying software, designs, and content are owned by ClauseGard or its licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded documents. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClauseGard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms or using the Service unlawfully.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
